Well another rainstorm predicted for this afternoon and the next few days. Not much on agenda today maybe a little house work and a meeting tonight, will see. Morning are usually my best time and I dwindle towards evening. Hope everyone has a great weekend 👍🏼🙏😉

have a good weekend, too. It’s supposed to go up in the 90s here today. Yuck!

I started physical therapy a couple weeks ago to try to improve my balance. I didn’t realize how awful it had gotten. I knew I had some problems because I sometimes bump doorways when I walk through a door, but the exercises they have me doing really illustrate how poor it is.

I start back next week in PT as well.. I did it for about 4 months about two years ago .. I kept doing a lot of my exercises but wasn’t aware how bad my gait has gotten as well.. especially when I’m a little tired.. good luck!!

My evaluation for PT went better than expected today… I hadn’t been there in about 19 months, and was fortunate to get with the same therapist. I feel very hopeful that we are going to get some work done!

hope it goes well and is beneficial. My current PT says that I qualify for them (him?) to check back in with me 6-12 months after PT to monitor my progress and to try to provide support and maintenance. sounds like a good option. I've never had any PTs who use this strategy of follow ups.

Evening is my special time to undo all the good I've done during the day.😅😅

Yep! I am a consistent un-doer of good in the evening 😳😆.. I can even exercise and eat well all day, and towards evening can screw it up in a big way! I am really trying super hard right now to not do that.
