Really had a hard time walking today. My rollator wasn't as helpful because the spasticity was really bad. This bone on bone arthritis in my knees is so painful, but I'm just thankful that I'm still on my feet.😊

Thank you, my philosophy has always been, "use it or lose it."It's painful but I have to keep on.
