I didn’t go far, only 2300 steps approximately, but it felt like my own personal Everest! It was snow covered and I used my trekking poles for support. The sun was blazing off the snow, so I put on my sunscreen. Last summer I was going for about 15,000 steps, so today was really short, but I did it! I decided that I could either stay home and watch the world go by and feel sorry about my scoliosis or just get busy. So I did! Yay! My arm hurts from patting myself on the back 😅😂🤣 I tried to post a picture, but am having a technical problem. I will try again. Love to all, Kelly

That's quite a bit of steps you got in today! I know that's more than I normally do. Some days I am motivated to try and get steps in, and other days I have no motivation for anyting. Great job!
Good Job Kelly. Keep it up!
Well done!
That's more steps than I can do congratulations
Congratulations on this tremendous achievement!! And what resourcefulness you have, using the trekking poles. They'd add that measure of stability I'd need. Wow!!
