It’s Sunday we received an inch or so of snow ❄️ still chilly 🥶 but that’s normal for January. Did get dusting and vacuuming done yesterday but didn’t make it to store. PT left me tens unit that is used for arm and neck for weekend. I text her and got ok to use on ankle and instructions. It seemed to stimulate ankle and toes. They were a little sore last night but no pain pill. Maybe another way to move healing forward 🤞🏼. Football 🏈 play offs again this afternoon 👍🏼. Have a great day and enjoy 👍🏼🙏😉🤗

I love tens units. I had it used on my hip at a chiropractor appointment. It sure helped me feel better!
