The colder months ahead can cause a bit of stress regarding the uncertainty of your health. Tremors, numbness, tingling, trouble with balance, issues with cognition… OH BOY! It can be nerve-racking to have to think about all these things. I have picked up a few things throughout my 10-year MS journey that have helped me manage these symptoms.
Thank you for this. I have problems when it is cold. My leg coordination goes out the window almost immediately when I am in cold weather. It is a very different feeling than the heat sensitivity. Heat just totally drains my energy where cold causes immediate malfuction.
I should become a mall walker for exercise since it is climate controlled!
thank you for posting I too have hell in winter. If I get chilly I sweat then freeze sweat . Frozen man I call it . Can’t move hurt so bad and front lobe migraines . cramps all over my body . Summer I pass out
