I was doing Tai Chi. Notice word was.. I enjoyed it, it's hard to adjust cause of my feet , but I just meditate now and do stretches through the day and clean and clean and clean 🤣🤗💕🌠
I stretch from the top of the door frame 🙂 a door frame is a really good stretching place 😂 you can stand straight up against it to align your spine abit.. I will bend down and if I have to, use the door frame to get back up😂🤣 this is just me tho!🤗💕🌠
I like to do that also. I can just reach the top of the door frame with my fingers and I pull myself and stretch my body trying to get taller. And when I let go of the door frame I try to keep my body straight.
