Research suggests that the damage that MS causes to your brain can lead some people to develop Parkinson's later on.
So how common is it? Do you know someone with MS who also has Parkinson’s

No, I don't.
My brother in law who does not hae MS, was just diagnosed (54years old).
He attributes it to the vaccinations he got.
I don't know anyone with MS and Parkinson's
I have been told by two Neurologists that a condition called (PML), where you violently thrash in your sleep is a Parkinson's indicator. There is a 60% higher chance that Parkinson's is in your late future. My father had Parkinson's, I have MS and PML. In a way the base of both diseases is on lesions, just depending on where they are in the brain.
MY BAD,Not PML, but RMD which is a REM sleep disorder. And they say my memory is perfect... in my Universe!
New to me...
My brother has Parkinsons Disease and I've had PPMS since 1988.
