Good read and webinar

I’m reading Doctor Brandon Beaber Resilience in the Face of MS. He gifted his book to those attending the recent MS Moves Wellness conference. It’s on Amazon too and well written and interesting.

Also, last eve, Dr Krieger spoke on an MS News and Views webinar about his Leaky Pool theory (MS topography) and COVID. Dr K was redeployed to the COVID ward at Mt Sinai hospital during the height of covid in NYC. The webinar recording should be on YouTube in a few days. What a great speaker and good info!

😊

Dr. Beaber's videos are fascinating. I'll have to look for the book. Thank you! Are you doing all right?
