MSAA invites you to learn how to care for others while caring for yourself, how to navigate common cycles of living with MS, and tools and resources to help you thrive at our live, free webinar.

This one-hour live digital educational program will be presented by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Kimberly Castelo, MS, LMFT-S, CST-S, CIIP. Kimberly Castelo is a marriage and family therapist and a certified sex therapist who has been living with MS for more than 14 years. She enjoys helping folks with MS and their care partners thrive.
