Family, on this bright hot sunny day, remember this one little thing. Even though "YOU" have a chronic progressive incurable illness. "YOU" are still a WORTHWHILE VALUABLE human being. Do not allow yourself to be devalued, be strong, get strong, stay strong.

"YOU" are worthwhile, value yourself.
