Keto and sunshine
When in the night I writte the name that has passed, and writte all I can of the day that I live . Also I use to writte the sport that I have done in that day, the time doing the sport, and the distances the beginning and the end.
Other thing that help on my journey is some interesting book , day by day I finish the book, and it calm me, and do to me stronger for walking after or for doing things.
To eat good food that I prefer.
And always I try to stay near the sun and the light of the day.
Listen music , Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, ....
And helping my family , make me happy and help me on my journey.
Sport, help the others , and writte&read.
