What helps you with MCTD, SLE or MS???

I have found that a whole foods lower histamine diet helps some of my symptoms. Additionally, Bellaruth Naparstek CDs have helped as well. WHAT HAS HELPED YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY?

Sunshine definitely helps lift the spirit and with vitamin D3 :)

When in the night I writte the name that has passed, and writte all I can of the day that I live . Also I use to writte the sport that I have done in that day, the time doing the sport, and the distances the beginning and the end.

Other thing that help on my journey is some interesting book , day by day I finish the book, and it calm me, and do to me stronger for walking after or for doing things.

To eat good food that I prefer.

And always I try to stay near the sun and the light of the day.

Listen music , Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, ....

And helping my family , make me happy and help me on my journey.

Sport, help the others , and writte&read.
