First off, thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Improving Mental Health and Wellness survey already!

The survey will only be open through this evening, so please contribute if you are interested via the following link:

surveymonkey.com/r/MSAAment...

Also, please note that you may only fill out the survey once; the link will not work if you have completed it previously.

As a reminder, MSAA is seeking your insights on four key areas that impact mental and emotional health. These include:

• Sleep

• Staying Connected

• Diet and Exercise

• Self-Care

This survey is anonymous and optional, but we are looking for all Community members who are interested to help us compile meaningful data. Summaries of the results will be shared right here on our My MSAA Community throughout March, and they will be presented along with some helpful tips and strategies from MS experts for each topic.

Thank you all for sharing your stories!
