Of course not! I always walk into EVERYTHING! it's not my fault the floor moved into a wall!ππ€£
Ok... Seriously.. walking can be a problem, you want to go one way, your feet? Well.. they have other ideas.
I have braces.. I look down... Always... I use a cane for long distances, or if I need it. And I'm a wall walker in the morning!π
Did you know that MSAA can help with some home equipment? Like walkers? Yup they can! Check out the website! mymsaa.org/msaa-help/assist...
Tell us what you use.. or should be using!

I'm always holding up the walls (it's a safety thing, they might fall as I walk byπ), and yes MSAA is very good at helping with equipment. I have gotten a cooling vest and my walker from them. Thank you MSAA!

I use whatever is at hand, Jesmcd2 I rarely go out anymore. When I go for a walk, I use my forearm crutches, and say a little prayer.

I use anything I can to stay upright and mobile.
That includes a wall, hub's hand, objects that won't fall too, cane, rollator, wheelchair and i have a pair of moccasins with a bit of an upturned toe for walking on grass (especially) that seem to keep me from tripping.wassookeagmoccasins.com/

They really are.
I didn't love the price but I find that I wear them all the time and they hold up well.
