Finally, our weather turned chilly, and for the last couple of days it's been rainy and dismal. On Saturday the sun finally peeked through a little bit!

A CLOUDY DAY IN NORTHERN ARIZONA
Great photo. Do you get much rain? All we get is rain, every day, I can’t get out on my scooter at all, plus it’s so cold. That is a gorgeous view. 🤗
Hi, Jimeka. Unfortunately we get very little rain. We're into the second year of a drought. The day I took the picture it rained for about 10 minutes, but it was cold. It wasn't enough to soak the ground, so the trails are pretty dusty. I really wish you luck getting outside, but I know how rainy and foggy it can get there. Hope you get some nice dry days in there somewhere!🛵☀️
so beautiful!so hard to believe the scenery in different are in our same country,i am from the deep south and this looks like a different planet
Hi, Pam. We actually moved here from South Florida in large part to escape the humidity. Yes, it does look like a different planet, and instead of being at sea level we are at 4,300 ft.! We swore to ourselves that we would never take the beauty of the land for granted, and feel privileged to be able to see this every day!
send a few days rain down here. The Valley of the Sun needs a light wash down
We were just there because we went to Orlando to be with out kids and granddaughter over Thanksgiving. It was warm but we didn't stick around long enough to do anything but go in and out of Sky Harbor. Are you guys having the same drought?? Unfortunately, we have no rain to send you! It's chilly but sunny!
Nice photo! What temps are you getting?
It does look a bit drab out but look at the view!!! That makes up for everything! Northern Indiana is just boring and flat. I could tolerate the drab if I had a view like that!
We were both born and raised in northeast Ohio (Cleveland) so I get flat and dismal! We got married after I finished law school and moved to the Maryland side of Washington, DC, then 6 years later to South Florida for 31 years, then here! Wish we'd discovered this place sooner!😍
