Any one have advice about rituxin? Have to switch from Tysabri. My JC virus shut up too fast. Any experiences. Good or bad. Please

Hi there. I switched from tysabri to rituxin three years ago. Rituxin has worked well with me. It works with killing your b-cells. Which are the cells attacking the myelin. Just be cautious because those are important cells. So if you feel a cold or any sickness, react fast. Don’t give it a chance to build up.. You should be fine though.. My main upside is from getting stuck every month to just twice a year. Very stressful. Fingers crossed 🤞 be well.

Welcome to our crazy family of MS’ers 🤪. What a great group of quality people that on this site to genuinely care and help each other as we live through this time of life 👍😉. Glad to see you post and look forward to getting to know you. I was on Tysabri for over 7 years until cancer ♋️ struck and I had to change. Loved 🥰 Tysabri. Good luck on your decision of a new DMT 👍🙏👏😊 Ken 🐾🐾🐾🐾
