That was a good article in simple language for non-medical people and should be mandatory reading for many of the people who come here asking if they have MS.

Message to the Board Admins - are you allowed to create a post with a link to that article in it and pin it permanently to the top of the Pinned Posts section on the right??? :) :) :)

I'm guessing that you don't understand why I'm suggesting that a link to that article be permanently pinned to the top of the "pinned posts" menu on the right hand side of the screen. There is a steady stream of people who join this board and put up posts asking whether they have MS or not , but other members cannot advise on this. All that can be said is for people to to rely on their doctors or to seek a neurologist's opinion, or if they are not happy with their doctors to find another doctor. The article on the link was a good article written in language of a level that many people can understand - and it answers a lot of the questions that these newbies ask - if they were to read the article it would provide them with some good answers.

People using the site on a phone don't see the pinned posts using the mobile version.

Ah ha - wisdom and enlightenment dawns upon me :) For me my mobile is a phone which is occasionally used for text messages f I have to, and a camera only in dire emergencies, so I have no idea what other people see or don't see on their phones - and I tend to forget that people use their phones as "substitute computers"! Clearly they are getting a slimmed down and much less informative version of the site :) :) :)
