I am on Nintedanib and am type 2 diabetic. I have fruit & porridge for b/fast but often get diarrhoea. Any other recommendations please?

I think you may have asked your question in the wrong forum - this group is for people with Multiple Sclerosis. The drug Nintedanib is used to treat specific lung problems, and according to the website on the link below diarrhoea is a known side effect which you should be talking to your doctor about if it keeps happening.

webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-1671...

So, I suggest you talk to the doctor who prescribed Nintedanib for you.

Oops, though I was on an IPF forum and not MS. Thanks

I take first before breakfast, a glass of water, and after a glass of watter with limon. Also red tea is good for diarrorea. Red tea with lemon. Or a toast of bread with oliva oil with little pieces of onion . Each of this things before Breakfast.

And a banana before breakfast.

The breakfast for me is milk, with descafeinado coffe with confleks or musli.

Even though you are in the wrong forum, I will answer - fruit should be reduced to a minimum because of sugar. I drink a glass of green freshly squeezed juice and eat half a gluten and dairy free bagel with dairy free cream cheese.

Ick, what a thing to dread every day! Have you tried the opposite? No sugars/fibers.

My Drs aren;t wanting me to eat oatmeal anymore, so I've been doing plain Greek Yogurt and add fresh berries and nuts on top. NOT the combo yogurts with some syrupy goo on the bottom. I just add my own fruit. And if I need a bit more of sweetness, I'll add a touch of honey.
