Allergies are driving me bonkers lately

For the last 3 days or so, every time I go outside with my dog, my allergies start acting up...running nose and eyes. After taking some otc sinus meds everything clears up until the next time. Such a vicious cycle lately. They did say fall allergies were going to be bad, and they were not kidding. Seems the older I get, the worse my allergies are.

I have several friends now that have used a tablespoon of honey 🍯 every day and after six months or so there allergies are gone. It has to be local honey 🍯. 3 out of the five just do it occasionally now and have been couple years No allergies! My best buddy Hugh started it 3 months ago and has 1/4 of the problems now. I fortunately have ever had allergies. Hugh is 70 and had them his whole life. 👍🙏😉 Ken 🐾 🐾

Thanks, Kenu I have had them pretty much my whole life, just seem to be getting worse every year. Going to look into the honey thing and see where I can find it around here. Thank you, totally forgot about your post about the honey..thought I saved it somewhere but you know how that goes lol

Have your trees started to drop their leaves yet, because it may be leaf mould that you are allergic to. @kenu is right about the local honey. I can’t use antihistamines as they set my restless leg off, so fortunately I am not troubled but most of my family are and it’s awfully uncomfortable so I hope you can get some relief, Blessings Jimeka 👍

Yes, the leaves have been dropping slowly. Didn't make that connection until now.

i know what you mean, I'm having the same problems. I'm getting really tired of a runny nose in a mask when I go out anywhere!

It's the ragweed season, the worst of them all.
