Depends Men's Flex fit are my favourite, she who must be obeyed wears Poise. Wear them it is much less embarrassing than soiling yourself, trust me on that one.
Get used to annoying inconvenience, sorry but your days of wearing thongs are gone. You may be in control of your lower half now, but one day "YOU" will be very glad "YOU" wore them.

I wear them or I get high anxiety when I'm out which exacerbates the problem. Which for me is less a problem of actual control than severe spasicity making it hard to hold it and walk at the same time. Thus making it difficult to make it in time. I tell people who know me well to buy stock in Kimberly-Clark the maker of depends cause I'm making it go up!🙃 Never thought I'd be wearing Depends at age 43, but it's better than the alternative!☺

I wear them primarily for long trips but probably should wear them whenever I venture out of my home. 
same here, but the few times I needed them I am glad I was wearing them
