Montell Williams is the one that sticks out in my mind, but MS doesn’t not care about ethnicity, age, or proximity to poverty....anyone can develop it, and a few fare ones are born with it.
Montel Williams is a black man who has MS. A television talk show host, he is quite active in educating about MS. Since I know two Latino and one Japanese-American men with very active MS that severely impacts their lives, this disease doesn't appear to discriminate by race, though some statistical groups may show disproportionate effects. If my recall is accurate, males in general, i.e. statistically, have more aggressive forms of MS than females.
