My little problem

Turtlepie profile image

Just talked to my neurologist said to stop the steroids and flush my them out of my system and take it easy for the next few days and to call them if my vision problem returns. I feel like yuck still and I am so fatigued. It won't be a problem taking it easy. Thank you all for being here for me

I'm sorry about the fatigue, but I'm so glad you got instructions from your doctor. Please be careful and keep us posted on how you're doing.

I am sorry, I can’t help you. And I feel bad when a person like you with MS is worst, and my future I don’t know. At the moment all is good in my stable live, but I don’t know the future. My first moments with MS were bad, and nobody can feel what We feel when we feel bad because of MS. It is so particular that nobody understand the pain. Could you speak with other neurologist or other doctor, or with 2 ó 3 neurigists? Maybe an opinion of several doctors could be better .

I hope that you maybe with paracetamol will be better, or calm, or change the tratament , Refif is the mine . But maybe it is no good for you. Sincerely I hope a solution soon for you, dream!!!!!

Steroids always meant I couldn’t sleep so hopefully you’ll get some sleep now you’re comings off them . Be patient and give it time to leave you

Lots of fluids

I ask bc i am on my last day of 11 days of taking cholestyramine to flush out aubagio (which did awful for me. ) It feels like this stuff must be like what they give you before you get a colonoscopy! Total colon cleanse! But i can barely leave home bc i have to go so much!

I hope you feel better! I thought steroids were supposed to make MSers feel really good

Turtlepie profile image
Turtlepie in reply toNeworleanslady

They didn't use to make me feel like this.

in reply toNeworleanslady

They do believe me . Got me up off the floor many a time but they do make sleep difficult

I am so tired these days I can’t imagine difficult sleeping! But I’m sure there’s a downside because nothing comes easy for us MSers

I went though the med wash and it was a challenge with fatigue but once it was out I was good. I started a new med the next day.

I went from tecfidera to Ocrevus
