I am alive and well. I had a nice walk this morning, met a very pleasant dog. The sun is shining and there is a nice breeze. All in all, life is good today. how is yours?

just a short walk does really help.. we do that around from one driveway to the other and the dog loves it to...several times a day not always but try to for he also loves it ...

I too am alive and well, bored but well.

I have begun walking the streets in my subdivision each morning. If I go down each road (there are only 2) and each cul-de-sac (there are also 2) and back, then it is almost 3 miles. It is nice to wave and say hello to people going to work, there aren’t many other walkers at 7:30am.
