Sneaky, that neighbor is. Perhaps it their way of saying 'howdy, neighbor'
I doubt it. He usually won't speak and always avoids eye contact. The first time I met him, I shook his hand, and he immediately told me how much he disliked the former owner of our house. That was the sum total of the conversation, no matter how I tried to change the subject to something positive!

Sad, but it provides contrast! We have other neighbors who are great, and that guy makes them shine all the brighter!

Perfect timing. It's hard enough to get a dog to stay still for a shot. A pose like this is nearly impossible.
My husband was working in the back yard and had Dickens out there with him. Hubby actually called me on the phone to ask me to look out the window to see that.
We have a feud going with my step daughter in which we try to outdo one another with tacky or ugly pug or bulldog junk. She gave us that after we foisted some atrocity on her. I think she won. She put it on our front porch, but it somehow made its way to the back yard where it could be hidden beneath the berries.
My sister and I did something similar when our kids were young. She started it by giving my daughter a Barbie van that took me hours to assemble and put all the stupid decals on. I think I won. We went back and forth with some really annoying toys but she called a truce when I gave her kids a drum set!
he probably wonders why he won't play with him ...poor guy ....he needs a real friend to play with...
