Stay strong and I hope you find some motivation here on the site to give you the desire not to give up. I’m sure others will agree with me.

Do you have someone close that you can talk to?

If you need to vent please do it we’re hear for that as well

This is a lovely bunch of people who are willing to listen and offer suggestions and encouragement. I hope you jump in with both feet. Some of the best support comes from those who truly understand.

Hi jbdesi sorry your feeling so down. Around here Quitting is not an option though!

We have a lot of topics and discussions going on, that I'm sure could be interesting.

Do you have any hobbies that you like doing? Where are you from? What kind of MS?

Jump in anywhere! 🤗💕⛄

Hi and welcome to the best site for us with this gift called MS. There has been a lot of good advice here from us that live this life and take all the good things we can grab hold of.

Get help if you need help but don’t do anything drastic. There are so many people that would give anything for another day of life. So let’s honor them and enjoy each and every day like it’s our last.

When you need to vent or cry or pray there’s always some of us here so stop one in and give us a try. You’ll always be welcome.

Put your trust in Jesus because he will never leave us or forsake us.

God bless you.

Donnie

Welcome to this great group jbdesi Vent and share what is going on, we are here to listen and support you. Please talk to someone about what is going on. Unfortunately, depression is something that comes along with this disease. I have to be on an antidepressant to help keep my mind healthy. Have been on various ones over the years because they stopped working for various reasons. Please take care of yourself and talk to someone or post here to the group.

Hi and welcome. I hope and pray that you not are feeling so low you want to end it all, because taking your own life is not the answer. Also, how do you know that when you go through heavens door that life will be any different for you. What about the friends and family you leave behind? It’s them who have to deal with the hurt. Please get help, in the meantime, pray and ask the Lord to remove the sadness, pain whatever is the problem. Please let us know that you are ok, sending you lots of hugs, and we here are a big family, we understand because we walk the ms path every day, and we will help all we can, you only have to ask, Blessings Jimeka 🤗 🤗 😊 🤗

I have been depressed my entire life and have attempted suicide. I can say with complete honesty that this site helps me feel not so alone and is often the highlight of my day. Please hang in there!

Welcome to the family, jbdesi. We are so glad that you came, and that you shared your pain with your 5,208 brothers and sisters. We know how you feel, we have been there ourselves at times. We know there is Life after MS, and it can be good, it can be very good. You can tell us whatever you want to share...we are here for you...any time, all the time. I've been living with MS for 39 years...I've pretty much

experienced every symptom, been there, done that, except give up....I refuse to do that!

My Mom used to say I was the most stubborn,

strong willed child, person she had ever met! It is a GOOD thing God made me that way, isn't it? Angels watch over you!

Welcome jbdesi. You have friends here who are willing to listen, help if possible, and pray for you and with you. Please get medical help and don't give up. I have taken lexapro 2 times and weaned off of it easily when things got better. It is just another miracle of modern medicine to use when you need it, like an antibiotic. If you need it, you need it. Keep talking with us and let us know more so we understand more of what you are going through right now. You are in my prayers.

Welcome to the group. Things will get better but it takes time. Find a good therapist who can help you through all of this. It's so overwhelming at times but don't give up. Don't be afraid to ask for help!

I know what u mean. I keep hoping the Rapture will come sooner rather than later!

Posting here or even just reading others posts helps. And i am lucky to have my insurance provide free video care so i have a therapist i can talk to on video call that understands neurological issues. Its awesome!!

Plus i have my prozac that has been a life saver. I love it.

Keep us updated on how u r doing. As u can tell, there are a ton of people here that care! 😘😘💜💜🤗🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻

Been there. This year was particularly difficult but I've made it out the other side. Find something, even if it's small, that is significant for you. Focus on that. That can carry you over the hard spots. Vent, read, meditate, watch good movies, anything that will lift you up. Hang in there, friend.

Hey. I remember feeling like that, sometimes still do, it comes with the disease, your brain on MS is depressed, it's like a drug. Stay busy posting here, elsewhere, call the number suicide hotline posted by someone below. Years ago I called the Paralyzed Vets hotline even though I wasn't a vet, and the guy who answered was SO helpful and kind. Talking to someone physically or like this can change your brain waves and really will help. I'm glad you posted here. Best.

jbdesi Hello and not only welcome to our group, I am so glad you found us! Getting the diagnosis of MS is like getting kicked by a mule in the chest! We are here for you and each other. Please feel free to read posts, ask or answer questions. Make posts, too. I've been here about 3 1/2 years & it's been good for me. Helped me to learn more about MS, treatments, sharing symptoms and helpful ways we handle them. Keep on coming back!
