I have been using the NEW AND IMPROVED My MS Manager! I really like it! (Even if I'm not doing that well, right now) it gives me something to shoot for tomorrow!

Under daily journal, it has a note pad to log your day! Along with a pain scale, exercises, etc

Other measures you have depression questions and cognitive questions!

I used to have that on my phone and didn't like it so I deleted it. I just re-installed it to see if I like it any better.
