The very bottom of the daily email has an "unsubscribe" place to click. Don't know if it works.

You can adjust your settings so that you aren't flooded with emails. When I first joined I received an email every time someone sneezed, it seemed! You can even opt out of all emails and rely only on notifications when you return to the site, if you prefer. I hope you'll give it a second chance. I have found lots of good support here.
