It is a lovely place to live, but I am looking to relocate to somewhere warmer, smaller, and more affordable.

That is the $64,000 question. Right now, I would like to say anywhere where there is no snow, but I have a lot of relatives here in the Northeast and Canada. The thought of moving far away from them doesn't excite me.
