I feel like s#!t. I've been shivering like I'm cold. Wife thinks I've got the flu bug that's making its way around here. I sure hope not. I haven't told her but the last couple mornings I've felt like I could've we and thrown up. This morning I had the step son make me some toast. That made me feel a little better.

Flu worries
I’m sorry you’re feeling so rough. Flu has been awful again around here, and I’ll bet it’s that way everywhere.
Get better soon.
I hope all gets well for you. I'm sorry you feel so bad. ❤🌷
I can certainly relate to you! I have been sick since the day after Christmas and I just don't see any end to it! Keep warm and take it easy. Hope all of us sickies feel better soon!
Get well soon!
Feel better soon!! We were sick before & after Christmas. Finally feeling better. Be sure to watch out for the combination of flu or cold medications along with your MS medications. I did pass out a few times and had a mild concussion!!
I had a nasty headache earlier today and 600 mgs of ibuprofen got rid of it til it wore off.
Get better
The flu shot doesn’t seem to be doing it’s job this year, everyone you speak to seems to have had it. Watch the headache, see your doc if it gets worse, hope you can get on the mend soon, blessings Jimeka 😊
You need too call your doctor get ahead of what ever you have you don’t want to share that with your wife
Thing about calling your dr. around here is they're doing nothing about it. Go to the hospital. Get sent home. No antibiotics and get told to let it run its course. I need to call my PCP to find out what they wanna do.
Hope u feel better soon 🌈
hi,
have you considered taking some vitamins or supplements to improve your immune system? This could help you know.
And garlic. If you do not have any allergies to garlic, you should definitely use it
I take garlic, Centrum 1 a day. Oil of Oregano. Biotin.12,000 ius of Vit D upon testing the Vit D and finding it low. Starred out at 5,000 and several blood tests later found 12,000 to be the magic number. Thanks for the heads up.
have you ever heard of andrographis?
No I haven't. What is that?
I hope this note finds you feeling better.
