I follow Ms news too but on FB. The email version was too difficult to o access. FB gives one piece of info at a time.

I am also in a small @ 48 people private group on FB called Rockstar Women with MS. Run by LIsa Cohen. She is wonderful but it's not a very active group. You can request membership.

mscando.org has excellent videos and archived videos. My neuro recommended my husband and family members watch them with me.

If you get a chance go to one of Can Do Ms live events. My wife and I went to a one day seminar locally and were lucky to be able to go to the four day intensive program in Denver. This even is once per year and you have to enter a lottery and be selected. You pay to get to the Denver air port and Can Do takes care of the rest. It is an totally amazing experience. You are exposed to a great deal of information and you develop relationships with other MS patients.

I have learned the most from multiple-sclerosis-research...

It's run by MS researchers in London and it's updated daily. If you want to get good info on any aspect of treatment, compare drugs, etc. it's great. The archives are extensive and searchable.

I'm involved with nationalMSsociety.org. Well the chapter here in town anyway :) They have all kinds of info, and can also supply help as needed.
