How true this is with the kids nowadays. They never set there phones 📲 down. Drives me nuts when you try to talk to them 🤪. My best friend was camping with his two granddaughters and they were texting at the 🔥 to each other? Hugh made them put there phones 📱 away 👍. 🐾 Ken 🎃👻

I really don't want a 'smart' phone because I don't want it to be my ONLY source for communication to my children. I am a hugs and kisses type of mom.

Exactly Peruzzot !! My Grandson who is 9 has one😒 Does he call me? Um no. But the holidays are coming up. So I'm sure he will then😄😂🤣💕🤗💕

I caught my kids texting each other and their team mates after soccer practice one day and I confiscated the phones and told the lot to turn their heads and talk. I was called mean by one evil by another because I had taken their coolness factor away. Then one of them asked how old I was when I got my first cell phone. You should have seen 15 shocked faces when I said "34! When i was your age cell phones did not exist yet." None of them could begin to imagine life without those darned things.

I asked adults one day to turn thier phones off in my home and they refused...
