How true this is with the kids nowadays. They never set there phones ๐Ÿ“ฒ down. Drives me nuts when you try to talk to them ๐Ÿคช. My best friend was camping with his two granddaughters and they were texting at the ๐Ÿ”ฅ to each other? Hugh made them put there phones ๐Ÿ“ฑ away ๐Ÿ‘. ๐Ÿพ Ken ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‘ป

I really don't want a 'smart' phone because I don't want it to be my ONLY source for communication to my children. I am a hugs and kisses type of mom.

I caught my kids texting each other and their team mates after soccer practice one day and I confiscated the phones and told the lot to turn their heads and talk. I was called mean by one evil by another because I had taken their coolness factor away. Then one of them asked how old I was when I got my first cell phone. You should have seen 15 shocked faces when I said "34! When i was your age cell phones did not exist yet." None of them could begin to imagine life without those darned things.

Hope you didn't tell them what weight and shape they were when they were first on the market! โ˜บ
