My voice has been going in and out at random and I wanted to know if anyone else experiencing this like random phenomenon. Has been going on for some time now and I don't really know what to do, on top of that I've been feeling like I was pushing that on my head.

I speak like my voice is breaking. People actually tell me to clear my throat, but can’t. 🦋
Have you asked your doctor about it?
I've experienced something new with my voice in the last year. At first I didn't know what was happening. I would just feel a weird sensation around my "voice box" (or I imagine that's the area) which consisted of getting this wavering feeling and my voice would go weak if I was talking when it happened. Now I realize, I think it's a spasm. When I looked it up it's called a laryngospasm - an uncontrolled involuntary muscular contraction of the vocal cords. And I guess - why not? I get those in other parts of my body. I don't know if that's what's happening when that hits me, but it seems to fit the description. Fortunately it doesn't happen often.
If available to you, can you see a speech therapist? There’s one at my neuro comprehensive MS center and I’m actually seeing her today for my breathing problems. My insurance doesn’t pay for this...maybe yours does?
I also have had my voice go in and out at different times in the last 4 years of my MS journey. The voice box can also be affected by MS, I know, I have been to speech therapy many times to correct it. The speech therapist can look down your throat and see how your voice box looks and listen to you talk to give you the best treatment. Treatment consists of you making sounds and saying words using different tones and lots of practice. I hope this helps!
