Hi hope everyone is good!!! My jcv went down in half its still 151 but its good its going down,still you guys know everyday is a fight!!!trying to stay positive, this is off the subject i got a message and i dont know how to open it or where from my email i can see part of it but its jyst spinning on here when i try to open it !! But what i could read just want to say prayers gal!

Hi ty..no i cant take any ms meds becuse of jvc..im just riding it without have no choice..we decided the risk is just to high and side effectz are gonna be worse than issue i already have. Soo yea basically high doses vit.d, ,,,also been diffusion alot of essential oils. Alot patchouli n tea tree..dont know if helping or not..so i just have to tollerate these symtoms of this..and keep praying!!
