So I went to the pain doctor yesterday (Thursday). He asked when I had my last back MRI. I said that I just had one the day before (Wednesday) that the neuro ordered. Guess what? The neuro ordered a BRAIN and NECK MRI. So I have to go BACK and have my back done. Then he tells me he can't treat me until they get to the bottom (no pun intended) of my diarrhea - which is on day 20... And I go on vacation in a week, or not, because I have no intention of looking for a bathroom every 5 minutes!

I have no idea how much I've lost. My biggest stress is when I go for tests. HATE tests, particularly if they involve needles. I'm such a bad stick...

I’m sorry you’re still have such issues. I can’t imagine why no reason for the diarrhea has been found. Are you being treated for it? Do you medication that helps so you can get through the MRI?

I sure hope you can still manage a vacation. It sounds like you could use one!

I've been taking meds that just hold it off for a bit, not stop it. With last Wednesdays MRI, I just hit the bathroom right before and got through okay. Sure is a pain in the...

I hope so, too. I took laundry to the basement this morning and it did me in! So now I sit. I have things I want to do but they'll wait until I regain my strength.

I have an appointment with a GI tomorrow early afternoon. I'm so weak from "going" for 23 days! I can't keep anything in me...

They did one more test Tuesday and found nothing. Having a colonoscopy next Tuesday. They have no idea why this is going on.
