Heading to Florida for a week. Pray I survive the heat and humidity. Utah has been hot and it’s draining me, but we have almost no humidity. I’m a bit worried.
I do have my cooling vest, a neck cooling device and a fan to hang around my neck.
Wish me luck.

Your heading into H E double toothpicks you know! Heat AND Humidity!@!@ Used to love the state, all the beeches, deep sea fishing,..., and still do to some extent in the dead of winter, but summer.... second only to Evansville Indiana where we used to live for a bit, and because of the heat and humidity, jumped at a company transfer to El Paso to work in Mexico. (There it was actually hotter, BUT...It was a dry heat as the 2 skeletons laying in lounge chairs soaking in the sun would say! Our daughter moved to Florida years ago, and loves it. 60° and it's freezing winter coat weather for her. During one of her moves (in the summer), we went to help. As a break, everyone went to the beach. I took refuge in a beer cooler just off the beech! Too bad I couldn't find a blast freezer! A little time at 45 below zero really sets you right! Good luck, and keep those cooling vests frozen and drink plenty of ice water, which will then keep you busy looking for restrooms....
