This is NOT my body..mine is young gourgeous, free of pain and i can do flips.....ok could never do flips...but i could walk down the street.I am thankful for what i CAN do.How to let my inside shine when my outside says.....NOPE...poetry, art, friends like yOU sharing those hidden talents that make us all better people...THANK YOU!

I know my old body would have walk from the farthest parking lot

To go grocery shopping 🛒 oh yeah I could go grocery shopping and could go to the beach

Oh well 😔 that was a long time ago.

I *used to* do all types of flips...okay, maybe it was *only* in my imagination 😳

Thanks for the reminder.

I am reeeeallly trying to be optimistic again. You made me smile though like I used to do my flips.

Oh sweet jackiesj As Jimeka says, not even MS can keep us from dreaming. Less than 2 years ago, I could jump on my bicycle and ride 40-50 miles with friends just for a morning ride. I tried to walk around the block last night and started to lose my balance twice..No bike for me now.
