I don't know if this quesstion has been asked but has anyone heard or is drinking bone both? My boyfriend who is always trying to find ways to help with my pain. (God bless him, but he don't get the tiredness and mood swings) smh. Anyway, He has a coworker who wife drinks done both and she swear by it. it helps her with swolleness and other stuff. I was wondering if anyone drinks it and how does it work for you?

Its like broth from chicken soap, but its made from boiling and making the broth from chickens or beef bones. Just the bone is suppose to pull out all all the good stuff and have health benefits. You can look it up on youtube to get a better understanding. Thats what I did. I have never heard of it either but they do sell it in the stores. Now that I now what it is I was looking for it and I seen it.

Bone broth is a supposedly Supports immune function that helps collagen, the gut, JTs, skin. Yes Dr Wahls suggests it. Time consuming to make but Pacifica sells a decent prepared bone broth in our grocery store.
