I can’t answer your question, but you might try the search box in the upper right of the page to look for posts about CBDs. Another way is to visit a shop, if it’s legal in your area. My brother-in-law says the folks there are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping patrons find what’s right for them. They helped him immensely with his arthritis pain.

I recently took a friend to a "Vape" shop. Looking for CBD oil. Turned out that it has different strengths. When I tried it a few months ago, my husband had bought it at a regular "green" store. He has medical ID card and it's also legal in our state. Not all state counties allow it though, legal or not. My friend wound up purchasing "Gummy Drops" to relieve her workplace anxiety. 1 a day at lunch gets her through. You can buy CBD drops on Amazon. Another friend of mine purchased the drops from Amazon for pain relief. She puts drops under her tongue 3 times a day and was able to get off of Vicodin in about 6 weeks and continues with the drops.
