How is everyone doing these days?

Greetings!
What a question to ask someone who has MS, Raynards, kidney stones that’s enough. Just kidding I guess I’m doing alright. Actually this morning I felt pretty good I think the temperature went up to 32. I’ve got to little better. I was walking just a little bit better.
positiveness what a day. It started with me waking up to numbness in the left side of my face and burning pain all the way down my left arm. So off to the docs, he said that it sounded like a trapped nerve, increased my pregablin and sent me on my way. Then it was the dentist, she specialises in people with chronic diseases, she said it was my ms. As I came out of the dentist my ms nurse was stood at the counter, so she took me into her office. She is going to report it to my ms neurologist and get back to me, she said maybe they would want an MRI of my neck. Yuk. Anyway, later I received a phone call / face time from my youngest son, saying that his fiancé is pregnant again. So grandchild number 4 is on its way. To top it all I had a chocolate 🍫 Mcflurry as a treat from my husband for being a good girl at the dentist. You haven't mentioned how you are? Blessings Jimeka 🦋 🌈
Let’s face it you had a good day grandma , chocolate ok you ended up at your doctors but your still going so it was a good day.
Grandbaby due July 14 th which is the eldest grandsons Birthday.
positiveness , thanks for asking! I'm doing pretty well, not sure when we last chatted. My Oct. appointment went very well. I did allot of research, including the LDN and was prepared to argue for it. We increased most of my "Symptomatic" meds, and I got a 6 month RX for LDN. I found a research paper my doc participated in the research and writing, so had that if I needed it. He was great and actually started me on the 4.5MG dose. I was fortunate to find a compounding pharmacy less than 50 miles away. I am doing very well on it, started out like I was on uppers, doing more in 1 day than I did in a month before. I've leveled out on it. I take my capsule first thing in am with a bottle of water, then start other meds and my day. I still have numbness, tingling, spasticity. Later in day, balance and word problems.(you wouldn't believe what I called Trump last night) we had a good laugh anyway. This winter, I've had to limit my social calendar, even going to church, I was very sick with a cold that took weeks to go away. I'm looking forward to continuing to fight MS and not give up. NOW, all that having been said, HOW are you doing? Lynn
Hi Lynn we have never spoken ssdw1958 I have MS but I do like the way you speak I’m glad you’re over your cold. But I can only imagine what you called Trump the other day. It is probably something we’ve all said about him. And that’s all I’m going to say. So glad your meds Are making you feel better. Take care yourself.

I am doing good and thank you for asking. I am so happy to hear that you are on low dose Naltrexone (LDN). I know exactly what you mean about getting a lot of things done. How long have you been on it? I take 4.5mg every night.
positiveness I don't know why, I just got email of your question. Yes, I am able to be on my feet more, doing more stretching. As far going to the gym, I haven't managed to get there yet. I am more alert, have more focus, but have too many tasks in my mind that I want to complete and that makes me try do do too much each day. Because I already take sleep meds, pharmacist and I decided it would be better if I would take my 4.5mg first thing in am with a bottle of water. I wait approx. 45 minutes, then start the daily meds and get my first cup of coffee. That seems to work best for me. How about you?
