I go Wednesday, but can you believe it we have a belt of snow heading our way. My husbands truck is due in at the garage on Wednesday, so we have to use my car which is really not designed for snow, so only by the grace of God will I get there. We are predicted -4* tonight, lol I live in England, not Iceland!!!
Oh, my word! I am heat&cold intolerant...!! I'll pray for your safe travels.
I got mine today and learned that these have been around for 10(TEN) years! Mind >blown<π± I tell you what! I have to, of course, practice more and work my way up to full days with it however, I'm so happy I have it. Greater to come! Blessings to you!
So pleased that you have finally got it and that you have a chance to beat ms at something. Please do as you are told, take it steady and enjoy. Keep us posted. Blessings to you too
Hahahaha! Royjr, you know you like those #'S though...7-1! π
My appt went well. I'm wearing it now. It's not on though. Must work my way up to full days based on this schedule they gave me. I'm so happy to have it!

KJ9681, hello from MSFIGHTER. WELCOME BACK! Yes indeed the journey we call life and the bumpy path that MS leads us down sometimes makes us veer off our intended destination, but what's important is we always find our way back! Have you noticed how rapidly our chat room is expanding! I've only been on the site for about 6 weeks so I don't recall speaking much with you before. But I wish you the best of luck in your crusade to nurse again. Having MS will I think make you the best nurse in the entire world. It'll give you insights and allow you to have more compassion for people with disabilities then any other nurse can possibly have without experiencing disability first and! Now that your back keep in touch please I look forward to talking to you. Let us know how the nursing career goals. Remember, together we are stronger!
Thank you, MSFighter! Such kind words. You're correct, having MS and knowing how patients feel has made me a better nurse. I've not been in the field for almost 2 yrs now... Prayif I can get back.
You're right! There is always power in numbers! Blessings
I have read through the posts on this device, but must admit I can't quite wrap my head around it. But I'm happy for you! Anything that makes life easier for us is a blessing. I also commend you on your desire to return to nursing. I pray you are able to.
Your Cowboys are doing well this year. π But I'm a diehard Hawks fan. Go Seahawks!!! π
