Today I am just plain grateful to be alive. I've already lived much longer than some doctors thought I would because of issues other than MS. I was hesitated to marry the love of my life 30 yrs ago because I didn't want him to go through the pain of loss. I'm so glad he persuaded me to elope!

We've actually known each other since 1984, didn't marry until 1989. sneaking up on 28 years of marriage.

Hey CalfeeChick!Oh this pic is so wonderful.I cant imagine it NOT happening so I'm so glad you let life in again. Its hard.Love.....helps us heal.....
Sometimes I don't know to explain it.. We met in 1984, dated about 6wks, then went our separate ways. Reconnected in 1986 and got married 1998. I think I fell in love with him in 1984 as the songs says, "Always on my mind." We have raised our combined family of 5 kids and now have 8 grands. Through all the trials and tribulations, LOVE was alway there and always will be. He has always been my blessing. I'm sure many feel the same way, especially if you've had a bad relationship, then meet the "Forever Love!" I know that sounds mushy, but we love each other more every day. Guess that's part of getting old together. We are Blessed!
