The brother-in-law is on me and my sister. We are both working on improving but keep getting kicked down.
I am using the MS exercise guides on YouTube and it has made him I'll. (Guess I should state he is a drinker)
I am just trying to stay clear of every one. There is more. (S LOT).

Hi Sggmcswain sorry that your brother in law is like that. It can make any situation hard. All I can tell you is to keep. Positive 😃 Only you can control how YOU feel.
If it gets really bad then you need to call the proper authorities.!

Sggmcswain , I am not sure that I understand your post, but if a family member is abusing you and/or your sister, then you need to report it and at least have the abuser removed from the home. MS is hard enough without having to deal with extraneous garbage and taking on someone else's issues. Good luck.
