Welcome, Rocky! Reality with MS really bites sometimes so if you need to go "into your head" from time to time to feel safe, it's okay. I can tell you it took me a long time to adjust to the reality of this disease and I know this to be true for many other people here, so you're not alone. It's an ongoing adjustment, really, but I have found it got easier over time. I'll still have tough moments now and then but I think (hope!) the worst part is behind me. I hope that is encouraging to hear. I hope this group is helpful for you. Glad you joined!
