Did a screen shot off my weather channel app. I'm already craving juice bars and frozen yogurt. It only got to 96 today. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿจ

Not here in Massachusetts the humidity was terrible my legs didn't want to work at all, it got so bad that the wheel chair was needed. I remember about Six years I was starting the school year off the legs were like jelly and there was a hurricane coming up from the south I had called my neurologist and asked him what I could do for the pain he said there's nothing short of not going to work. Well that wasn't going to happen so I just grin and bared it and went to work. Hind sight I should have stayed home.

I'm so sorry. That's so much worse than what I go through. Blessings ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿฆ‹

Yuck! Thankfully we cooled down this week.

And we are complaining that it's going to reach 86 at the weekend! I will tell them all it could be worse, that we could live where CalfeeChick lives. Like Rob recommended, try the cooling towel or scarf. If you have trouble getting the scarfs I can send you some, just let us know. Blessings Jimeka ๐Ÿฆ‹ ๐ŸŒˆ ๐Ÿค—

If I had a car with automatic transmission I'd drive to the coast. It did cool off nicely last night. We are about 100 miles inland, but we do get a nice Delta breeze at night sometimes.

Yes, lots of water still coming down from snow melting in high Sierra. No flooding, but creeks and rivers running very cold, high and fast.

I woke up about 4 AM this morning so everything is open letting in the nice cool morning air. Will button it up soon and stay cool all day. We didn't even eat dinner last night it was just too darn hot.

CalfeeChick You do as we old California gals learned to do...rise early, open all the windows to let in the cool morning air, then draw the shades to keep out the sun, turn on the AC and the ceiling fans and hunker down. Only difference is, back in the olden days (when I was a girl) we didn't have AC. But we also didn't live where I live now, in a more or less crackerbox with a lid!

Our house was built in 1954. No insulation. It was hubby's moms house. We inherited a few years ago. We have 2 wall AC Units that I depend one during this too hot weather.

98 today! I'm ok, just chatted with niece in Phoenix. She's hunkered down, expecting 120 degrees this weekend. The airport will be closed because of it!!๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜…๐ŸŒˆ
