It's Moving! lol π
My legs are busy all the time. The gabapentin RX has slowed them down quite a bit. My husband was ready to sleep on the sofa from all my kicking him at night.
RLS is awful, worse than the ms. I have ad it 35 years, I take pramipexole for it. My neurologist says RLS and MS go hand in hand, it seems to progress up your body with age. I now have it in both arms and it can be quite painful π. Blessings Jimeka π¦ π
30 years of fighting this MonSter and I fight at night gabapentin and baclofen 10mg x3 help... I also put weight on my legz (heavy blanket) which helps...
I have the same issues with my legs. Not sure if its related or not but my potassium was really low. So i take potassium and eat a banana every day.
It doesnt stop my legs so i also asked my neuro what to do and he prescibed me Voltaren Gel. Its the only thing that helps enough to let the ambien kick in and gets me to sleep.
Hope this helps. π
Hi RoseySawyer I just call it my leg is dancing to its own beat!π Luckily mine comes and goes for now. If it comes back for good though lm talking to my Neuro about Botox. I can't take baclafin.

I have that all the time it is unbelievable every step I take and even sitting it hurts my legs from the knees down right now I can tell the humidity is high I was taking copaxal but it made my legs feel really weak. I was thinking of emailing my neurologist and ask him if I only take a less amount if that would help. Here I am telling my problems. Sorry about that. My doctor tried to make my legs more relaxed but taking the copaxl every day it didn't work for me but it may work for you.
Good luck.
For restless leg syndrome I take magnesium and take epsome salt baths.
Thank you so much for sharing with me, it really helps.
