Hi! I'm Anne and I was diagnosed when I was 20. I was convinced my ms would rob me of my "glory decade." I'm currently 28 and going strong! I experience back pain but have found that standing and walking generally helps along with stretching and as much water as I can drink!

Welcome AmN1n0
So sorry that MS has "befriended" u at this young age 🙁
Yoga has helped me with my back issues (unsure whether mine are MS or arthritic or both but def. sitting still is an aggravator forme)

MS did not rob me of my Wild Child Dayz in my 30 s and 40s... Most definitely slower now in my early 50s, but life changes I've experienced caused some of that anyway... ENJOY every moment of every day because life is always dynamic and ever changing! I LOVE my life now; I loved my life when young; I LOVE my one and precious changing life!!! xo Cj
G'day Anne, Glory decade another new one, wow thats 2 today, I remember my20s, kinda fun but let me tell you 30s and 40s rock. 50s in a couple years and I am expecting them to be amazing, ms sometimes has a little plus side if u look for it. It is very subtle just look really closely or u might miss it, Royce
As my neuro told me, our brains and spinal cord are protected by lots and lots of water. The brain is surrounded and float in water, the spinal cord is surrounded by water and fluid.. I have to remind myself daily to just keep that bottle of water in hand!
I'm loving all these positive responses!
I just recently completed yet another move within Gainesville, very happy with my new place!
