Long day ahead

The last couple days have been ridiculously tough. I have been fighting through spasms in my lower back which are painful, but now I have the same painful spasms in my left shoulder making it to where I am not able to pick anything up using that hand. Has anyone else have the same issue with spasms in the shoulder and if so how do you deal with it.

Have you talked to your neorolgost about it? He might want to put you on a steroid treatment. Otherwise try ice and heat packs. 20/20 see if that helps any. Good luck
