Were you alerted to your skin disease or cancer by a photograph?

Good morning,

We are looking for a male or female whose skin disease or cancer was initially recognised through a photograph.

It could be that the photo confirmed a rash, mole or something similar was actually much worse than you thought and meant that you needed to go and see your GP. For example, perhaps a mole on your back had become much larger but you didn't really realise until you noticed it in a holiday photo that you wouldn't have noticed the year before.

This is for a feature in a national newspaper, and you will have to be comfortable having your name and photograph published in return for raising awareness of your condition.

Many thanks,

The BSF

Yes, think it was the NHS line photo's - the more revealing and raw the photo the easier it is
