Hi, I have had guttate psoriasis for over 20 years and recently it has got a lot worse. I have now been prescribed a 6 week course of Predisolone. Has anyone any experience of using it and does it help or make things worse when you come off them ? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I was given prednisone to help heal some wounds all over my body. The steroid works quickly and things started healing pretty well. It increases you appetite so I was able to get back to normal weight, but. .... while it gave me strength and energy for activities of daily life it also gave theparasites in my system the same. Made them more resista t to being g removed by me fro.my body, hence the scars and wounds.
