a weird rash

This rash suddenly appeared on one side of my body and my forearms. It’s slightly itchy but not to an uncomfortable degree

Does anybody have any idea about what if it’s an allergic reaction? If not what is it and what is it caused by?

looks suspiciously like an allergic reaction so could be contact allergy or maybe something eaten or drunk over 24 hours before x

thanks I see, the thing is it hasn’t fully away now even should I be worried?

I’ve been using antihistamines for the week and it helps it go away but new bumps appear plus it seems to get worse with heat as it it hotter here where I live.

It also seems to spread a bit more every time I shower
